For a long-tailed, 35kg cargo-bike the RadWagon is remarkably comfortable and enjoyable to ride. Its fat 22-inch tyres mean it is low enough to the ground to handle easily but also resilient enough to dampen any bumps in the road. It’s perfect for carting kids and shopping around and has a payload of 158kg. The upright riding position means it’s well suited for urban riding and the padded seat is comfortable enough for longer distances. The 7-speed Shimano gears are basic but dependable and the motor provides plenty of power to make light work of any hills, even with a fully laden bike. We’ve also upgraded the standard mechanical brakes to Magura hydraulic discs to help take the RadWagon to the next level.

How much can the RadWagon carry?

The RadWagon was designed with the notion that e-bikes are the transportation of the future and would one day replace cars. It has a 158kg payload capacity, and a long-tail aluminium frame meaning that it can handle trips to the supermarket, heavy cargo and even a couple of extra passengers.

Is the RadWagon difficult to ride?

The RadWagon is an impressively smooth and stable ride. It has custom 22" x 3.0" tires that improve stability and comfort while keeping the bike low and easy to handle. It has a comfortable upright seated position with lots of handlebar and seat height adjustment to fit a wide range of rider heights. The 7-speed Shimano gears are basic but dependable and the motor provides plenty of power to make light work of any hills.

What does the throttle do?

When the twist throttle is engaged the motor will provide power and propel the bike forward. It effectively gives power on-demand without the need for pedal assistance. It's great for those times when you want to get up to speed quickly.
